The soul, the sacred…an incredible story!
Dedicated to the animals you can meet in the estate, they have been created according to the antique structure. Each room is unique and a special one, but they all share the same attention to details. Floors in Tuscan terracotta tiles and Sienese travertine, ceilings with exposed beams, antique furniture and pure cotton textiles: the traditional style of an antique house in the Tuscan countryside.
Our restaurant, with its warm and cozy atmosphere, has a breath-taking view on the San Gimignano towers and the sweet Tuscan valley. The chef Bruno Staccioli proposes his innovatively traditional cooking, based on the harmony of the four seasons and the local origin of products.
We manually harvest grapes in our organic vineyards and make wine in the company’s cellar. Here is where our wines come to life, telling stories from the past through the research for innovation and new challenges. This is what gives the original production by Stefano Boco, the owner, a taste of ancient future.
